Convention & Visitors Bureau, thank you for choosing Mason
City, Iowa as the host community for the Hardees Early Bird
Youth Baseball Classic event.
As per your request, enclosed are the lodging rates that are
available for your event. When communicating to your event
participants the room rates offered, please remember to let
them know that in order to obtain the special rate,
delegates must call the
facilities directly and inform the reservationist that they
are attending the Hardees Early Bird Youth Baseball Classic
event. In addition, let your event participants
know the final date participants can call to make
reservations to take advantage of the rate. After that
date, the hotel will continue to accept reservations after
the cut-off date at the hotel’s regular rack rate on a space
available basis only. Also, you might want to let event
participants know that rates do not include taxes. Taxes
are an additional 12% per room per night.
